FAQs
How long will my balloon creation last?
Balloons are, by nature, temporary items and although it's impossible to know exactly how long the balloons will survive, it's safe to say that most displays are good for a few days or so before they start to shrink!
Balloons will also be adversely affected by the wind, rain, rough handling, sunlight, and other uncontrollable factors.
Please keep this in mind when considering where and when your display will be set up!
Do you deliver?
Yes! Although I offer several "grab and go" options, most balloon creations are too large for pick-up or require last minute tweaks on-site before completion. In these cases, delivery is often included with the price.
How long will it take to install?
Ultimately it depends on the complexity of the build (size, location, venue, etc.) but most displays can be set up in an hour or less. Some of the more elaborate pieces may take 90+ minutes.
Keep this factor in mind when planning your event!
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, and all major credit cards
Do you offer breakdown/cleanup services?
Yes! If you’d rather not deal with taking down the balloons after the party, I can do that!
Breakdown services start at $25, depending on travel distance, size of display, etc.
How far in advance should I order/book?
Since many designs require mocking up and tweaks, the further in advance we can plan, the better!
I recommend at least 2-3 weeks of notice.
